Vertical well drilling installation IF 800 is designed for drilling in range I ... III soils, especially for vertical wells with diameter within 220 and 840 mm, for tapping of ground water, concrete pillars planting, unstable soils consolidation and geodesic samples collecting. Drilling is based on dry drilling using spoon bits. Drilling in unconsolidated layers can be done applying a protection of bentonitic mud, or using protection tubes. Preparing and pumping installation of bentonitic mud, as well as protection tubes, are not part of IF 800 delivery kit. Being equipped with Diesel engine, installation is independent of electrical energy sources. A full gas-oil reservoir ensures operating for about 10 hours. Drilling mechanisms driving is hydrostatic type. Installation displacement between working places is achieved by traction.
